What's New in Siglot.ai: December 2025 Product Updates

Happy New Year! December was a busy month for the Siglot.ai team. Here's everything we shipped to close out 2025.

New Features

Bulk Send Improvements

You can now send the same document to up to 500 recipients at once (up from 100). We've also added a progress indicator and the ability to pause/resume bulk operations.

Custom Email Domains

Business plan customers can now send signing requests from their own email domain. This improves deliverability and brand recognition. Setup takes about 5 minutes with our DNS verification wizard.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Power users asked, we delivered. Press '?' anywhere in the app to see available shortcuts. Navigate documents, add fields, and complete common actions without touching your mouse.

Improvements

Faster Document Loading

We rewrote our document renderer to load PDFs 3x faster, especially for documents with many pages. Large contracts now feel snappy.

Better Mobile Signing

We redesigned the mobile signing experience with larger touch targets, clearer progress indicators, and a new pinch-to-zoom that actually works well.

Search Everywhere

The search bar now finds documents, templates, contacts, and even text within your documents. Just press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K on Windows) to start searching.
