We're excited to announce the launch of AI-powered contract analysis, our most requested feature since we started Siglot.ai. This new capability automatically scans every document you upload and highlights potential issues before you or your signers commit to anything.

The Problem We're Solving

Every day, millions of contracts are signed without being fully read or understood. Whether it's a freelance agreement, an NDA, or a vendor contract, most people skim through pages of legal text and hope for the best. This leads to unexpected obligations, missed deadlines, and sometimes costly disputes.

Our AI analysis changes that by acting as your always-on contract reviewer, catching issues that might take a lawyer hours to find.

How It Works

When you upload a document to Siglot.ai, our AI immediately gets to work. Within seconds, you'll see a sidebar with highlighted sections organized by risk level:

High Risk (Red): Unusual liability clauses, one-sided termination rights, automatic renewal terms, non-compete restrictions that may be overly broad.

Medium Risk (Yellow): Ambiguous language, missing standard protections, payment terms that deviate from industry norms.

For Your Review (Blue): Key dates and deadlines, financial obligations, deliverables and milestones.

What Makes Our AI Different

Unlike generic AI tools, our model is trained specifically on business contracts. We've analyzed over 500,000 real agreements across dozens of industries, learning what's standard, what's unusual, and what's potentially problematic.

The AI also learns from context. A 90-day payment term might be normal for enterprise software but unusual for freelance work. Our system understands these nuances.

Privacy & Security

We know contracts contain sensitive information. That's why all AI analysis happens in isolated, encrypted environments. Your documents are never used to train our models, and analysis data is deleted immediately after processing.

Getting Started

AI contract analysis is available today for all Pro and Business plan users. Simply upload any document and look for the 'AI Analysis' tab in the document viewer. Free users can try it with up to 3 documents per month.
